Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 kilos ground beef
  • 1/4 kilos ground pork
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cups bread
  • 10 leaves peppermint, chopped
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 tomtato
  • to taste oil

Preparation

Mix meats with milk, half chopped onion, mint, bread crumbs, salt, cumin and eggs. Form balls with your hand.
Roast, devein and soak the chili.
Roast the tomato, peel it and mix it with half an onion, the garlic, the chili and the pepper, cold until it season, add 3 cups of water and when it starts to boil add the meatballs and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
Boil the spaghetti until it is soft remove from the heat and rinse, in a pan add the butter, cold the butter until it becomes transparent, add the spaghetti little by little until it browns a little.

PRESENTATION

First place the spaghetti, top with a little sauce and the meatballs.

TIPS

Be careful with the amounts of water or instead of little balls they will be pancakes.

Hola me encantaría a ser esta respeta pero me podrías ayudar nondice cuantos huevos ocupo y q sólo esta en la receta y no en ingredientes tampoco dice q chile ocupo solo dice q lo desvende y lo remoje
