Spaghetti with Mushrooms

  • 7 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 100 grams oyster mushrooms, in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 cube chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • 2 1/2 liters water
  • 100 grams asparagus, cut into pieces

  • In a pot, add water, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil and add the spaghetti according to the package instructions.
  • Cook the pasta al dente, drain, and set aside.
  • Mix the mushrooms and asparagus, season with the remaining oil, butter, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix with the spaghetti and serve.
