1 cup lager beer
3 cups button mushrooms, or sliced mushrooms
2 cups sour cream
1 onion, small
2 cloves garlic
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons parsley
2 chipotle chiles, in adobo
salt

Slice the garlic, onion, and chipotles, and chop them with the parsley.
Fry the garlic, onion, chipotle, and parsley in butter until golden.
Add the mushrooms, after 5 minutes add the flour, stir, and pour in the beer, cooking until the mushrooms are tender.
Add the cream, season with salt, and cook until everything is well combined.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Sauté the pasta in a large skillet with the mushroom seasoning.
Serve hot.
