  • 1 cup lager beer
  • 3 cups button mushrooms, or sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 onion, small
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 4 tablespoons parsley
  • 2 chipotle chiles, in adobo
  • salt

  • Slice the garlic, onion, and chipotles, and chop them with the parsley.
  • Fry the garlic, onion, chipotle, and parsley in butter until golden.
  • Add the mushrooms, after 5 minutes add the flour, stir, and pour in the beer, cooking until the mushrooms are tender.
  • Add the cream, season with salt, and cook until everything is well combined.
  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
  • Sauté the pasta in a large skillet with the mushroom seasoning.
  • Serve hot.
