Spaghetti with Octopus

A very easy recipe to prepare, ideal for a Sunday with family and friends. The combination of pasta and seafood is exquisite.

  • 2 packages spaghetti, La Moderna 220 g each
  • 1 kilo octopus, precooked
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 glasses white wine
  • 50 milliliters olive oil

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. (Set aside)
  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
  • Fry the chopped garlic without letting it brown.
  • Add the previously washed and drained octopus. Just mix with the garlic and let it cook for 1 minute.
  • Add the wine and gently mix.
  • Turn off the heat and add the parsley. Gently mix.
  • Add the spaghetti and mix.
