Spaghetti with Octopus

2 packages spaghetti, La Moderna 220 g each
1 kilo octopus, precooked
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
1/2 glasses white wine
50 milliliters olive oil
Preparation

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. (Set aside)
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet.
Fry the chopped garlic without letting it brown.
Add the previously washed and drained octopus. Just mix with the garlic and let it cook for 1 minute.
Add the wine and gently mix.
Turn off the heat and add the parsley. Gently mix.
Add the spaghetti and mix.
