Ingredients

  • 2 packages spaghetti, The Modern 220 gc / u
  • 1 kilo octopus, precooked
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 glasses white wine
  • 50 milliliters olive oil

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. (Reserve)
Heat the olive oil in a large pan.
Fry the chopped garlic without browning.
Incorporate the octopus previously washed and drained. Just mix with the garlic and leave 1 minute to the fire.
Add the wine and mix gently.
