400 grams spaghetti
400 grams shrimp, medium diced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 onions, finely chopped
200 grams bacon, chopped
1 1/2 cans table cream
1 can tomato purée, (small)
salt, and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Parmesan cheese, to taste

Cook the spaghetti al dente and set aside.
Add a tablespoon of oil to a large saucepan and heat over medium heat.
Place the garlic and then the onion. Let it cook for 2 minutes.
Add the bacon and cook until done.
Then add the shrimp to the preparation and stir until the shrimp changes color.
Add the half-and-half and the tomato purée, mix very well until it takes on a pink color. Let it cook for about 5 more minutes.
Finally, add the spaghetti and mix all the ingredients very well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
