Teppanyaki Spaghetti

In this recipe, you will find my specialty, a delicious Teppanyaki Spaghetti, which is an Asian-inspired dish that my whole family loves every time I make it. You'll see how tasty it turns out.

  • 2 packages spaghetti, 200 grams
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 jicamas
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 broccoli, medium
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 sprig celery
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups salsa, eel sauce to taste
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce, to taste
  • 1/2 cups oyster sauce, to taste

  • Cook the spaghetti over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  • Cut all the vegetables into julienne strips. Boil the broccoli for about 3 to 5 minutes. Chop the garlic as finely as possible.
  • Add olive oil to the wok and add finely chopped garlic, then add onion and celery and let it sauté. Add the remaining vegetables. Add the spaghetti. Season with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and eel sauce.
