Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 packages spaghetti, 200 grams
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 jicama
  • 1 Bell pepper
  • 1 broccoli, median
  • 5 carrots
  • 1 branch celery
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cups sauce, from anguilla to taste
  • 1/2 cups soy sauce, to taste
  • 1/2 cups oyster sauce, to taste

Preparation

Cook the spaghetti over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Cut all the vegetables in Juliana cut. Cook the broccoli for 3 to 5 minutes. The garlic is minced as finely as possible.
We add olive oil to the wok and add the finely chopped garlic , add the onion and celery and let it sauté. We add the missing vegetables. We add the spaghetti. Season with soy sauce, oyster and eel

TIPS

In this case I did it with pure vegetables, you can add meat or chicken which you prefer
