Teriyaki Spaghetti with Mushrooms and Roasted Peppers

This teriyaki spaghetti is rich and an amazing option for a meal. Delicious pasta with teriyaki sauce and roasted vegetables with sesame oil and soy sauce; finished with sesame seeds and the spicy touch of serrano chiles. Easy and delicious!

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cups green onion stalks, in thirds
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, in small pieces
  • 1 cup bell pepper, in strips
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, quartered
  • 2 serrano chiles, sliced
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 4 cups spaghetti, cooked
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • In a wok or deep pan, heat the sesame oil and cook the green onions and garlic.
  • Add the broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, and serrano chile. Cook for about 10 minutes.
  • Add the soy sauce and ginger and cook for a few minutes. Add the spaghetti and mix with the teriyaki sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes and serve hot. Garnish with sesame seeds. Buy HERE
