This teriyaki spaghetti is rich and an incredible choice to eat. Delicious pasta with teriyaki sauce and roasted vegetables with sesame oil, soy sauce; finished with sesame seeds and the spicy touch of serrano peppers. Easy and delicious!

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cups onion stem chambray, in thirds
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup broccoli, in Little pieces
  • 1 cup Bell pepper, in strips
  • 1 cup mushroom, In rooms
  • 2 serrano peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cups soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
  • 4 cups spaghetti, Cooked
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 4 tablespoons sesame seed

Preparation

In a wok or deep frying pan, heat the sesame oil and cook the onion and garlic.
Add the broccoli, the pepper, the mushrooms, and the chile serrano. Cook around 10 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and the ginger and cook a few minutes. Add the spaghetti and mix with the teriyaki sauce. Cook about 10 minutes and serve hot. Decorate with sesame.
