Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of sesame oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of onion stem chambray in thirds
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of broccoli in Little pieces
  • 1 Cup of Bell pepper in strips
  • 1 Cup of mushroom In rooms
  • 2 pieces of serrano pepper sliced
  • 1/4 of Cup of soy sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of ginger grated
  • 4 cups of spaghetti Cooked
  • 1 Cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 4 spoonfuls of sesame seed

    Preparation

    In a wok or deep frying pan, heat the sesame oil and cook the onion and garlic.
    Add the broccoli, the pepper, the mushrooms, and the chile serrano. Cook around 10 minutes.
    Add the soy sauce and the ginger and cook a few minutes. Add the spaghetti and mix with the teriyaki sauce. Cook about 10 minutes and serve hot. Decorate with sesame.
