  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cups Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg

  • 1 cup deli ham, thick, diced

  • Heat water in a deep pot over high heat until it comes to a boil. Add salt and when it returns to a boil, add the spaghetti and cook for 10 minutes. Drain, cool, and set aside.

  • Add the pasta, the ham, and mix until fully integrated.
