Tricolor Spaghetti in Bakeware

  • To cook the pasta, in a pot heat enough salted water to a boil and cook the pasta for 10 minutes (until al dente). Set aside.
  • For the white sauce, heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat and add the cream, milk, and garlic powder; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 8 minutes, until thickened, and add one-third of the spaghetti you cooked; mix and set aside.
  • For the green sauce, blend the onion, garlic, parsley, cream, salt, and pepper; in a skillet with butter, cook the sauce for 5 minutes, until thickened, add one-third of the spaghetti you cooked; mix and set aside.
  • For the red sauce, blend the onion, garlic, tomato, cream, salt, and pepper; in a skillet with butter cook the sauce for 5 minutes, until thickened, add one-third of the spaghetti you cooked; mix and set aside.
  • For the bakeware, arrange the 3 portions of colored spaghetti, cover with Parmesan cheese, then with aluminum foil and bake to heat for about 20 minutes.
  • Serve the bakeware at the table and serve to taste.
