Turkey-Stuffed Bolognese Pasta

The turkey-stuffed bolognese pasta recipe is delicious and will save you in a pinch. If you have unexpected guests the day after the Christmas dinner, you already know what to cook for them. A very simple recipe that makes use of the leftovers from the previous day.

  • leftover turkey, necessary amount
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 300 milliliters tomato purée
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 15 milliliters olive oil
  • 200 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 liters water
  • 5 bay

  • Cook the pasta in water with bay leaves. Make sure the pasta is al dente (a little undercooked inside).
  • Heat a pan. Add olive oil and add the turkey. Incorporate the puree and adjust the seasoning. Be careful not to let the preparation dry out.
  • Once the spaghetti is cooked, sauté it in the pan with the sauce and turkey, season and serve. Once served, sprinkle a bit of parmesan cheese.
