Vegetable spaghetti alla bolognese

Moreover, pasta alla bolognese is one of the favorites, as it is a very complete dish that includes protein and vegetables.   • 1 package Spaghetti no. 5 From Luigi®
  • olive oil
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in small cubes
  • 1/2 cups celery, in small cubes
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, in small cubes
  • 1 cup lentils, previously cooked
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • salt
  • pepper
  • oregano
  • Parmesan cheese

Low
  • Boil water with salt in a pot. Add the Spaghetti no. 5 De Luigi® and cook for 9 minutes or until well cooked. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the carrot, celery, and onion for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and lentils and cook for 3 more minutes. Finally, pour in the tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook the bolognese sauce for 5 more minutes.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat and lightly sauté the garlic. Add the pasta and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Serve the Spaghetti no. 5 De Luigi® on a platter, add some of the vegetable bolognese, and garnish with parmesan cheese.
