White Cream Spaghetti

  • 1 cup table cream
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 4 sprigs parsley, finely chopped

  • Pour the water into a pot and heat over medium-high until boiling. Then, add the pasta to cook for about 10 minutes. After the time is up, take a little pasta and taste it; it should be al dente but soft inside. Drain and set aside.
  • Blend the cream cheese, the cream, and the milk. Set aside.
  • Add the butter and garlic in a saucepan over medium heat, sauté them a bit, then add the blended mixture and stir well. Season with pepper and salt, add the pasta, the grated cheese, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve the white cream spaghetti and garnish with chopped parsley.
