This is a recipe from my mom. She always looked to surprise us with something new. She said it was very important to have variety in food so that we would enjoy sharing meals. Try this white spaghetti. Simply delicious!

2 liters water, (approximately)
1/2 cubes chicken broth
1 slice onion
1 clove garlic
3 sprigs fresh cilantro
1 package spaghetti
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cups cow's milk
1 tablespoon whipping cream
2 tablespoons butter
olive oil
Preparation

Low
Boil the water, the chicken bouillon, the onion, the garlic clove, and the cilantro.
Add the spaghetti, stirring it to prevent sticking.
Once soft, add the butter and milk, being careful not to spill while boiling.
Drain and pour into a baking dish.
Once ready, add the cream, mayonnaise, and olive oil.
