This is a recipe from my mom. She always wanted to surprise us with something new. He said that it was very important to have variety in the food, so that we would be happy to share the food. Try this white spaghetti. Simply delicious!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 liters Water, (approximate)
  • 1/2 cubes chicken soup
  • 1 slice onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 twigs fresh coriander
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • enough olive oil

Preparation

Boil the water, the chicken cube, onion, garlic clove and cilantro.
The spaghetti is added, wagging it so that it does not stick.
Once soft, add butter and milk, taking care not to boil.
Let it drain and pour into a refractory.
Once it is ready, add the cream, mayonnaise and olive oil.

PRESENTATION

You can also put a few red pepper chiles.

TIPS

It is decorated to taste (can be with cold meats, vegetables or with cheeses).
