Spiral in Pasilla Chili

This delicious pasta dish has a Mexican twist thanks to the pasilla and chipotle chili used to make the sauce it is mixed with. It is very easy to prepare, and despite not having many ingredients, it is a dish you will love. You can eat it alone or as a side dish to complement various other dishes.

  • 1 package fusilli pasta
  • 2 pasilla chiles, medium
  • 1 clove garlic, small
  • 1/2 onions
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • 1 chipotle chile
  • Parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • corn oil

  • Fry the garlic with the onion and the pasilla chili. (Be careful not to burn it, as it will taste bitter).
  • Cook the spiral pasta in boiling water with salt and oil. Drain the pasta using a colander and set aside.
  • Blend the pasilla chili, onion, garlic with the chipotle, a splash of water, and cream.
  • Fry the sauce and pour it over the pasta.
