Stuffed Pasta with Ground Meat

A meat with tomato sauce inside pasta with Italian sauce.

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 grams ground beef
  • 300 grams cannelloni pasta
  • 2 cans tomato, chopped and peeled
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3/4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup basil

  • In a hot skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
  • Add the tomato, sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Allow the tomato to cook for 15 minutes. Add half a cup of fresh basil.
  • Remove the sauce from the heat.
  • In a new skillet, place half of the sauce and add the ground beef. Cook until the meat is slightly cooked and well mixed with the tomato sauce.
  • Fill the cannelloni with the meat and tomato and place in a greased baking dish with butter.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  • Pour the remaining sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake the pasta for 25 minutes.
