1 onion, chopped
8 cloves garlic
1/2 tablespoons olive oil
500 grams ground beef
300 grams cannelloni pasta
2 cans tomato, chopped and peeled
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon sugar
pepper, to taste
1 cup basil

In a hot skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic and onion.
Add the tomato, sugar, and season with salt and pepper. Allow the tomato to cook for 15 minutes. Add half a cup of fresh basil.
Remove the sauce from the heat.
In a new skillet, place half of the sauce and add the ground beef. Cook until the meat is slightly cooked and well mixed with the tomato sauce.
Fill the cannelloni with the meat and tomato and place in a greased baking dish with butter.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Pour the remaining sauce over the cannelloni and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake the pasta for 25 minutes.
