Tagliatelle with Meat

  • 4 teaspoons Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 1 bag tagliatelli type pasta, Approximately 200 g
  • 200 grams beef, ground
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 4 teaspoons Primavera Light® unsalted margarine
  • 2 tablespoons Maizena® cornstarch

  • Finely chop the garlic and onion.
  • Sauté the garlic and onion with Margarina Primavera Light® No Salt.
  • Add the ground meat and cook.
  • Dissolve Maizena® Regular Corn Starch in the milk.
  • Pour the mixture into the meat.
  • Add Knorr® Beef Flavor Broth. Stir.
  • Cook and let thicken.
  • Cook the pasta following the package instructions.
  • Add the cooked pasta.
  • Cook for 1 minute.
  • Serve hot.
