Ingredients

2 portions
  • 4 teaspoons Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 1 bag tagliatelli pasta, 200 g approximately
  • 200 grams beef, milled
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 4 teaspoons Margarine Primavera Light® Without Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Maizena® Regular Cornstarch

Preparation

Finely chop the garlic and onion.
Season the garlic and onion with the Primavera Light® Margarine Without Salt.
Add the ground meat and cook.
Dissolve Maizena® Regular Cornstarch in the milk.
Pour the mixture into the meat.
Add Knorr® Flavor Broth Res. Revolver.
Cook and let thicken.
Cook the pasta following the package instructions.
Add the cooked pasta.
Cook for 1 minute.
Serve hot.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish accompanied by fresh basil leaves.

Cook the pasta with basil, garlic and onion.
