4 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
8 teaspoons dried basil

8 sheets lasagna pasta
1 cup broccoli, cooked
1 cup spinach, cooked
2 1/3 cups button mushrooms, cooked
3/4 cups requesón
2/3 teaspoons Parmesan cheese

To prepare the sauce: Dice the tomatoes and onion into cubes to make it easier to blend the mixture.
Blend the tomatoes, garlic, onion, parmesan cheese, dried basil, and 2 cups of water.
Pour the sauce into a pan and bring it to a boil.
You can add whole basil leaves to the sauce while it cooks to enhance its flavor.
To prepare the lasagna: In a baking dish, place a layer of lasagna sheets. Add a bit of broccoli, spinach, and mushrooms.
Sprinkle a little ricotta. Add a tablespoon of tomato sauce.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you use all the lasagna sheets.
Remember to finish with the vegetable mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 180° C. When ready, add 1/2 teaspoon of parmesan cheese.
