Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 tomatoes, guaje
  • 2 cups onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 8 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 cups Water
  • 8 sheets Lasagna
  • 1 cup broccoli, Cooked
  • 1 cup spinach, Cooked
  • 2 1/3 cups mushroom, Cooked
  • 3/4 cups curd
  • 2/3 teaspoons parmesan cheese

Preparation

To prepare the sauce: Chop the tomatoes and onions in cubes to make it easier to blend the mixture.
Blend the tomatoes, garlic, onion, Parmesan cheese, dried basil and 2 cups of water.
Empty the sauce in a pan and bring it to a boil.
You can add whole basil leaves to the sauce while it is cooking to improve its flavor.
To prepare the lasagna: In a baking dish, place a layer of lasagna sheet. Add a little broccoli, spinach and mushrooms.
Sprinkle some cottage cheese. Add a tablespoon of tomato sauce.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you use all the sheets for lasagna.
Remember to finish with the vegetable mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C. When ready add 1/2 teaspoon of parmesan cheese.

TIPS

Accompany your lasagna with a fresh salad of vegetables, peanuts and homemade vinaigrette.
