Vegetable lasagna

Ingredients

  • 8 pieces of tomato guaje
  • 2 cups of onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese
  • 8 teaspoons of dried basil
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 8 blades of Lasagna
  • 1 Cup of broccoli Cooked
  • 1 Cup of spinach Cooked
  • 2 1/3 cups of mushrooms Cooked
  • 3/4 of Cup of curd
  • 2/3 of teaspoonful of Parmesan cheese

    Preparation

    To prepare the sauce: Chop the tomatoes and onions in cubes to make it easier to blend the mixture.
    Blend the tomatoes, garlic, onion, Parmesan cheese, dried basil and 2 cups of water.
    Empty the sauce in a pan and bring it to a boil.
    You can add whole basil leaves to the sauce while it is cooking to improve its flavor.
    To prepare the lasagna: In a baking dish, place a layer of lasagna sheet. Add a little broccoli, spinach and mushrooms.
    Sprinkle some cottage cheese. Add a tablespoon of tomato sauce.
    Repeat steps 5 and 6 until you use all the sheets for lasagna.
    Remember to finish with the vegetable mixture. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ° C. When ready add 1/2 teaspoon of parmesan cheese.
