Vegetable Yakisoba

If you're a fan of Asian food, you have to cook this vegetable yakisoba; it's very practical since you can find all the ingredients at the supermarket and you only need a pan or wok to prepare it.

  • water
  • 500 grams fideo pasta, soba
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups onion, in strips
  • 1/2 cups carrot, in strips
  • 1/2 cups red bell pepper, in strips
  • 1/2 cups green bell pepper, in strips
  • 1/2 cups broccoli, cooked and in small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, finely chopped
  • pinches salt
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cups teriyaki sauce, yakisoba
  • sesame seeds, white, for garnish

  • In a small pot with boiling water, add the noodles and cook for 10 minutes on low heat, drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  • In a hot pan, add the olive oil and sesame oil and sauté the vegetables, add the ginger and season with salt and pepper.
  • Using a spatula, form a circle with the vegetables around the pan and the olive oil and soba noodles in the middle, cook for a couple of minutes and add the yakisoba sauce, cook until it has a slightly dark and caramelized color, if you feel the mixture is too dry you can add a little water.
  • Serve hot in a deep plate and garnish with white sesame seeds.
