Ingredients: water; 500 grams fideo pasta, soba; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1/2 cups onion, in strips; 1/2 cups carrot, in strips; 1/2 cups red bell pepper, in strips; 1/2 cups green bell pepper, in strips; 1/2 cups broccoli, cooked and in small pieces; 1 tablespoon ginger, fresh, finely chopped; pinches salt; 1 teaspoon olive oil; 1/4 cups teriyaki sauce, yakisoba; sesame seeds, white, for garnish

In a small pot with boiling water, add the noodles and cook for 10 minutes on low heat, drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside. In a hot pan, add the olive oil and sesame oil and sauté the vegetables, add the ginger and season with salt and pepper.
