500 grams spaghetti
150 grams bacon, smoked
2 cloves garlic, peeled
2 eggs
1/2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
salt
pepper
200 grams Parmesan cheese, grated
100 milliliters olive oil
2 leaves bay

Cut the bacon into medium-sized cubes. Brown it in a skillet and wait until it becomes crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet used for the bacon, add the 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and sauté them. Be careful not to burn them!!!
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add the bacon and garlic to the bowl.
Cook the pasta in salted water, with a splash of olive oil and bay leaves for 12 minutes until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta.
Mix the pasta with the ingredients from the bowl. Season.
Serve with grated parmesan cheese and you're done!!!!!
