Preparation
Cut the bacon into medium-sized squares. Brown in a pan and wait until crisp. Remove them from the pan and reserve.
In the same skillet of the bacon add the 2 garlic cloves finely chopped and brown them. Be careful not to burn!
In a bowl beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Add to the bowl, the bacon and the garlic.
Cook the pasta in salted water, plus a touch of olive oil, laurel for 12 minutes until it is al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta.
Mix the pasta with the ingredients of the bowl. Season.
Serve with parmesan cheese and ready !!!!!
