Mmmmmm delicious recipe !!!! Ideal to share with the family and a good glass of red wine! It is the recipe of my grandmother I hope you like it like me !!!!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of spaghetti
  • 150 grams of bacon smoked
  • 2 cloves of garlic peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese grated
  • Salt
  • black pepper
  • 200 grams of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 100 milliliters of olive oil
  • 2 leaves of laurel

    Preparation

    Cut the bacon into medium-sized squares. Brown in a pan and wait until crisp. Remove them from the pan and reserve.
    In the same skillet of the bacon add the 2 garlic cloves finely chopped and brown them. Be careful not to burn!
    In a bowl beat the eggs, season with salt and pepper. Add to the bowl, the bacon and the garlic.
    Cook the pasta in salted water, plus a touch of olive oil, laurel for 12 minutes until it is al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta.
    Mix the pasta with the ingredients of the bowl. Season.
    Serve with parmesan cheese and ready !!!!!

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on individual plates with grated Parmesan cheese.

    TIPS

    Accompany the pasta with a good red wine. Add the hot pasta to bowl.

    Estuvo bien la receta para mi primera vez Sólo que creo que para mi ver me hizo falta un tercer huevo, ya que no se veía muy basto al terminar todo

    He hecho la receta varias veces y queda deliciosa... El huevo si se agrega en crudo pero la pasta no se queda con ese sabor... El ajo se combina muy bien con el tocino

    No la he cocinado aún. Tengo dudas en las dos medidas separadas de queso y cuando se cocina la mezcla de los huevos con los demás ingredientes. No está claro. Se usa el queso en esa salsa también?
