White Spaghetti with Parmesan Cheese

  • 2 tablespoons onion powder, for the sauce
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the sauce
  • 1 cup spaghetti
  • 3 liters water, for cooking the pasta
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 cup sour cream, for the sauce
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, for the sauce
  • 1 cup vegetable broth, for the sauce

  • Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt for the time indicated in the cooking instructions. Set aside.
  • Place the garlic, onion, salt, pepper, onion powder, cream, vegetable broth, and cup of evaporated milk in the blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Melt the butter in a hot skillet and add the creamy white sauce, cook for 10 minutes and set aside.
  • Add the pasta to the sauce and cook for 3 more minutes, until integrated.
  • Serve in the center of the baking dish with the help of tongs and garnish with grated parmesan cheese.
