1 cup evaporated milk, for the sauce
1 cup spaghetti
3 liters water, for cooking the pasta
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup sour cream, for the sauce
1/4 onions, for the sauce
2 cloves garlic, for the sauce
1 cup vegetable broth, for the sauce

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water with a pinch of salt for the time indicated in the cooking instructions. Set aside.
Place the garlic, onion, salt, pepper, onion powder, cream, vegetable broth, and cup of evaporated milk in the blender. Blend until smooth.
Melt the butter in a hot skillet and add the creamy white sauce, cook for 10 minutes and set aside.
Add the pasta to the sauce and cook for 3 more minutes, until integrated.
Serve in the center of the baking dish with the help of tongs and garnish with grated parmesan cheese.
