Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Light Cream

  • 1 cup turkey breast
  • 1 cup sour cream, low in fat

  • In a pot, heat the water and when it starts to boil, add the salt, wait for it to regain temperature, meaning it boils again, and add the La Moderna® Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cook for 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a deep skillet, spray the oil and cook the turkey breast ham until lightly browned, add the La Moderna® Whole Wheat Spaghetti and the low-fat cream, mix until perfectly combined.
  • Serve hot, garnish with parsley, and accompany with steamed vegetables.
