American Salad with Roquefort Dressing

This salad has a dressing of Roquefort cheese and a whole piece of lettuce is served with the dressing on top and sprinkled with bacon and chopped tomatoes.

  • 2/3 cups roquefort cheese
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1 lettuce, whole round and girl
  • salt
  • 1 tomato, chopped in cubes
  • 2 slices bacon, finely chopped

  • Wash whole round lettuce and cut into 4
  • Put to disinfect the "quarters" of lettuce in water.
  • Prepare the dressing: with a fork, mash the cheese, add the cream, water, vinegar, pepper and salt. Add the chopped chives.
  • Serve on each plate 1 quarter of the lettuce (like the photo) already dry.
  • Bathe with the dressing prepared and sprinkle with chopped tomato and bacon cooked and chopped.
