This salad features a Roquefort cheese dressing and is served with a whole piece of lettuce topped with the dressing and sprinkled with bacon and chopped tomatoes.

2/3 cups roquefort cheese
1/4 cups sour cream
1/4 cups water
2 teaspoons vinegar
1/4 teaspoons pepper
2 tablespoons chives, chopped
1 lettuce, whole round and small
salt
1 tomato , diced
2 slices bacon, finely chopped

Wash the whole round lettuce and cut into 4.
Soak the lettuce quarters in water to disinfect.
Prepare the dressing: mash the cheese with a fork, add the cream, water, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Add the chopped green onion.
Serve a quarter of the lettuce (as in the photo) on each plate, already dried.
Drizzle with the prepared dressing and sprinkle with chopped tomato and cooked, chopped bacon.
