Preparation
Wash whole round lettuce and cut into 4
Put to disinfect the "quarters" of lettuce in water.
Prepare the dressing: with a fork, mash the cheese, add the cream, water, vinegar, pepper and salt. Add the chopped chives.
Serve on each plate 1 quarter of the lettuce (like the photo) already dry.
Bathe with the dressing prepared and sprinkle with chopped tomato and bacon cooked and chopped.
