1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened, for the dressing
2 tablespoons sour cream, low fat, for the dressing
2 tablespoons mayonnaise, low fat, for the dressing

1/2 tablespoons honey, for the dressing
1 tablespoon fennel, dry, for the dressing

1 cup red apple, in cubes, with skin
1 cup Golden Delicious apple, in cubes, with skin

Prepare the dressing: Mix the Greek yogurt with sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, honey, fennel, and enough salt and pepper in a bowl until well combined. Reserve in the refrigerator until use.
Cut the French Eva® lettuce leaves into medium strips.
