1 bag arugula, (2 cups approx)
1 avocado
Parmesan cheese, sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
5 tablespoons olive oil
salt
pepper
garlic, finely chopped

Cut the avocado into slices and remove the skin.
In a bowl, place the arugula and add lemon, oil, and finely chopped garlic to taste.
Mix well and add the avocado and slices of Parmesan cheese to taste.
Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
