Arugula, Cheese, and Avocado Salad

  • 1 avocado
  • Parmesan cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic, finely chopped

  • Cut the avocado into slices and remove the skin.
  • In a bowl, place the arugula and add lemon, oil, and finely chopped garlic to taste.
  • Mix well and add the avocado and slices of Parmesan cheese to taste.
  • Season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
