Ingredients

2 portions
  • 1 bag arugula, (2 cups approx)
  • 1 avocado
  • parmesan cheese, in sheets
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Cut the avocado into slices and remove the peel.
In a bowl put the arugula and add the lemon, oil and finely chopped garlic to taste.
Stir well and add the avocado and slices of Parmesan cheese to taste.
Season and enjoy.
