Arugula Salad with Parmesan Cheese

This delicious salad is very easy to make. The lemon dressing pairs excellently with the arugula, and the parmesan cheese adds the finishing touch.

  • 6 cups arugula
  • 150 grams Parmesan cheese, high quality
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cups lime
  • pepper, to taste

  • Wash the lettuce and dry it very well with paper towels.
  • In a small deep bowl, mix the lemon juice with salt and pepper until the salt has dissolved. Add the olive oil.
  • In a large deep bowl, mix the lettuce with the vinaigrette.
  • Place the salad on individual plates and top it with thin slices of parmesan cheese.
