Avocado and Crab Salad

  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon bell pepper, canned
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 kilos crab, just the meat, without shells
  • 1 avocado, ripe, cut into cubes
  • Tabasco sauce, the necessary

  • Mix the cilantro, mayonnaise, bell peppers, lime juice, and pepper. Add a few drops of Tabasco to taste.
  • Add the crab and season with salt and pepper.
  • Carefully add the avocado cubes and serve chilled.
