This recipe can be served as a snack in individual cups or as a first course. For those who are following a low carbohydrate diet it is a great option, since it only has 4 grams of carbohydrates per serving.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon bell pepper, can
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/8 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 kilos crab, only the meat, without shells
  • 1 avocado, ripe, diced
  • tabasco sauce, necessary

Preparation

Mix in the coriander, mayonnaise, bell peppers, lemon juice, and pepper. Add a few drops of tabasco to taste.
Add the crab and season with salt and pepper.
Carefully add the avocado cubes and serve cold.

PRESENTATION

You can serve it inside avocados cut in half.
