Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Bell pepper, tin
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 kilos crab, only the meat, without shells
  • 1 avocado, ripe, cut into cubes
  • Tabasco sauces, necessary

Preparation

Mix cilantro, mayonnaise, peppers, lemon juice and pepper. Add a few drops of tabasco to taste.
Add the crab and season with salt and pepper.
Carefully add the avocado cubes and serve cold.
