Avocado Salad with Tuna

Delicious avocado salad with tuna and cucumber, a super fresh and healthy option to eat. Since it is low in fat and has an exquisite taste. Perfect to eat something light and full of flavor.

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 cans canned tuna in water
  • 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 limes, just the juice
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 serrano chile

  • Add the cucumber in medium cubes, the onion, the avocado in large cubes and the chile serrano in slices to taste in a bowl.
  • Then add the two cans of tuna.
  • Add salt, pepper and the juice of 2 lemons.
  • Mix and add a teaspoon of olive oil.
