Delicious tuna salad served inside an avocado. Very good recipe for lent.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tomtato
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1/2 onions
  • 2 cans Tuna
  • 2 Avocado from Mexico
  • 2 lemons
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Preparation

Finely chop the tomato without seeds, onion and parsley and mix in a bowl.
Add the tuna to the bowl and season with the lemon juice, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Mix until integrated.
Cut the avocados in half and place a few drops of lemon on them to prevent them from turning brown.
Fill avocados with tuna salad.

PRESENTATION

Serve one avocado per plate with a leaf of parsley.

TIPS

This recipe can also be made with shrimp or crab.
