  • Season the beef steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Pour the sesame oil over a hot skillet, place the piece of meat, and cook until a nice golden crust starts to form, flip, and repeat on the other side. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C. On a flat plate, mix the sesame seeds with walnuts, amaranth, almonds, pistachios, and garlic powder until fully combined.
  • For the crust, mix the honey with the soy sauce and, using a brush, coat the beef steak all over. Place the piece of beef on the plate of seeds, press the steak with the palm of your hand, and ensure the meat is completely covered.
  • On a previously greased baking tray, place the beef steak, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for 35 minutes at 200 °C. Remove the tray from the oven, take off the aluminum foil, and bake again for 10 minutes at 200 °C.
  • Remove the beef steak from the oven. Cut the meat into thin slices. Set aside.
  • Pour the sesame oil over a hot skillet and sauté the onion until it changes color. Add the Eva® Wok Mix along with the included sauce; cook for 5 minutes and remove from heat.
  • Serve the salad in a deep plate, place the crusted steak slices on top, and accompany with lime to taste.
