Ingredients: salt, for the meat; pepper, for the meat; 3 tablespoons sesame oil, for the meat; 500 grams beef tenderloin, whole; 1/4 cups sesame seeds, for the crust; 1/4 cups walnuts, chopped, for the crust; 1/4 cups amaranth, for the crust; 1/4 cups almonds, with skin and chopped, for the crust; 1/4 cups pistachios, chopped, for the crust; 1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the crust; 1/2 cups honey, for the crust; 1 tablespoon soy, for the crust; sesame oil, to grease the tray; 2 tablespoons sesame oil, for the salad; 1/4 cups onion, in strips; 1 package Wok Eva® Mix; lime, for serving, to taste

Season the beef steak with salt and pepper on both sides. Pour the sesame oil over a hot skillet, place the piece of meat, and cook until a nice golden crust starts to form, flip, and repeat on the other side. Remove from heat and set aside. Preheat the oven to 200 °C. On a flat plate, mix the sesame seeds with walnuts, amaranth, almonds, pistachios, and garlic powder until fully combined.
