650 grams broccoli
1 avocado
3 tablespoons lime juice
1/2 cups walnuts, chopped
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 cups olive oil
1 tablespoon parsley

Cut the broccoli florets from the stems. Boil in salted water for 3 minutes. Remove from the water and cool.
Peel the avocado and cut it into cubes, place in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to prevent browning.
Add the broccoli and walnuts to the bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the remaining lemon juice, mustard, salt, oil, and parsley. Stir and pour over the vegetables, mixing gently.
