Broccoli, Swiss Chard, and Chicken Salad

Healthy complete salad in nutrients, with broccoli, Swiss chard, and chicken.

  • 2 liters water
  • 1 1/2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 broccoli, in pieces
  • 1 bunch chard, washed and disinfected
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 red sangria lettuce, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cups ketchup
  • lime juice, (2 pieces)
  • salt, and pepper

  • Heat water with 1 teaspoon of salt, once it reaches a boil, add the broccoli and let cook for 3 minutes.
  • Remove and place in a bowl with cold water and set aside.
  • Do the same with the Swiss chard.
  • In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with ketchup and salt to taste, set aside.
  • Mix the lettuce, Swiss chard, broccoli, bell pepper, and chicken.
  • Drizzle with lemon juice and dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
