2 liters water
1 1/2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
1 broccoli, in pieces
1 bunch chard, washed and disinfected
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 red sangria lettuce, washed and disinfected
1/2 cups low-fat mayonnaise
1/4 cups ketchup
lime juice, (2 pieces)
salt, and pepper

Low
Heat water with 1 teaspoon of salt, once it reaches a boil, add the broccoli and let cook for 3 minutes.
Remove and place in a bowl with cold water and set aside.
Do the same with the Swiss chard.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise with ketchup and salt to taste, set aside.
Mix the lettuce, Swiss chard, broccoli, bell pepper, and chicken.
Drizzle with lemon juice and dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
