  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 onions
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 10 slices turkey deli ham
  • 1/2 cups panela cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cups fresh cilantro

  • Cut the tomato, onion, ham, cheese, and serrano chili into small cubes. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, add the cactus, tomato, onion, chili, ham, panela cheese, cilantro, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
