3 serrano chiles
10 slices turkey deli ham
1/2 cups panela cheese
salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cups fresh cilantro

In a bowl, add the cactus, tomato, onion, chili, ham, panela cheese, cilantro, olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
