Add the frisée lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and chicken breast to a bowl, then mix thoroughly. Set aside.
For the dressing: blend the lemon juice, egg yolks, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, anchovies, salt, and pepper at medium speed. Then, gradually add the oil in a thin stream. Stop processing once you have a homogeneous mixture.
Then, pour the dressing into the salad bowl and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Finally, add the toasted bread.
Serve the Caesar salad in a deep plate and arrange the toasted bread.
