Caesar Salad Recipe

Prepare this delicious, filling, and nutritious Caesar salad. The best part is that it comes with a very tasty homemade dressing.

  • 3 cups butterhead lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 chicken breasts, diced, boiled
  • 2 eggs, boiled, cut in half
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, for the dressing
  • 2 egg yolks, for the dressing
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, for the dressing
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, for the dressing
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped, for the dressing
  • 2 anchovy, for the dressing
  • salt, for the dressing
  • pepper, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups olive oil, for the dressing
  • 1 cup toast, cut into cubes

  • Add the frisée lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and chicken breast to a bowl, then mix thoroughly. Set aside.
  • For the dressing: blend the lemon juice, egg yolks, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, anchovies, salt, and pepper at medium speed. Then, gradually add the oil in a thin stream. Stop processing once you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Then, pour the dressing into the salad bowl and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Finally, add the toasted bread.
  • Serve the Caesar salad in a deep plate and arrange the toasted bread.
