1 romaine lettuce
1 canned anchovy
1 egg, warm
1/2 cloves garlic, grated
lime juice, grated
1/2 cups olive oil
pepper
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 bolillo roll, from the previous day sliced and fried

Grind the anchovies, egg, garlic, lemon, oil, salt and pepper in blender. Add the previously washed and dried lettuce.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and garnish with the fried rolls.
It can be served in individual dishes.
