Caesar Salad with Cheese

Classic salad with parmesan and an anchovy dressing with croutons.

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 1 canned anchovy
  • 1 egg, warm
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, grated
  • lime juice, grated
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • pepper
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 bolillo roll, from the previous day, sliced and fried

  • Blend the anchovies, egg, garlic, lemon, oil, salt, and pepper in a blender. Add to the previously washed and dried lettuce.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and garnish with the fried croutons.
  • It can be served on individual plates.
