1 romaine lettuce
1 canned anchovy
1 egg, warm
1/2 cloves garlic, grated
lime juice, grated
1/2 cups olive oil
pepper
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
1 bolillo roll, from the previous day, sliced and fried

Blend the anchovies, egg, garlic, lemon, oil, salt, and pepper in a blender. Add to the previously washed and dried lettuce.
Sprinkle the parmesan cheese and garnish with the fried croutons.
It can be served on individual plates.
