Ingredients

  • 1 Romaine lettuce
  • 1 canned anchovy
  • 1 egg, warm
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, grated
  • lemon juice, grated
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • black pepper
  • 1/4 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Mexican french bread roll, from the previous day sliced ​​and fried

Preparation

Grind the anchovies, egg, garlic, lemon, oil, salt and pepper in blender. Add the previously washed and dried lettuce.
