Parmesan cheese, grated

2 eggs, for the dressing
1 tablespoon anchovy paste, for the dressing
1 teaspoon garlic, for the dressing
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, for the dressing
3 tablespoons lime juice, for the dressing
1/2 cups olive oil, for the dressing

For the dressing: Chop the garlic, add the anchovy paste, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, the beaten egg, and season with salt and pepper.
Whisk with a balloon whisk until all the ingredients are perfectly mixed.
Heat the shrimp in a pan.
Cut the lettuce leaves in half, serve two lettuce leaves in each glass.
Add the shrimp, croutons, and Parmesan cheese.
Serve dressing to taste.
