  • 1 package La Moderna® screw
  • water
  • salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 chicken cutlets, in medium cubes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • salt

  • 1/4 cups balsamic vinegar, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, for the vinaigrette
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, for the vinaigrette

  • 1/2 cups olive oil, for the vinaigrette
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, in quarters
  • 1 cup bacon, fried, in small cubes
  • 1 cup egg, cooked, in slices
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, in halves
  • 1/2 cups red onion, in strips and half moons
  • 1 cup yellow corn, shucked
  • 1/4 cups parsley, for garnish

  • Add salt to a pot with enough boiling water and cook the Tornillo La Moderna® for 12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken and season with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook for 10 minutes, remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Gradually mix in the olive oil and set aside.
  • Arrange the lettuce in a baking dish and add the Tornillo La Moderna®, bacon, egg, tomato, onion, yellow corn, and parsley.
