Chicken and Kale Salad

This salad of chicken and kale is ideal to take to your office or for when you do not have much time to be in the kitchen, since in only 3 steps you will have ready this delicious dish, super healthy and full of color.

  • 1/2 kale, (kale), leafless and without stems
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, leafless and small pieces
  • 2 cups chicken, shredding
  • 1 red apple, without shell, cubed
  • 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup quinoa, white, cooked
  • 4 tablespoons Hellmann's® real mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Place the kale in a bowl and crush lightly with your hands (to soften it a little).
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until perfectly incorporated.
  • Serve at room temperature.
