Chicken and Kale Salad

This chicken and kale salad is perfect for taking to your office or when you don't have much time to spend in the kitchen, as in just 3 steps you will have this delicious dish ready, super healthy and full of color.

  • 1/2 kale, (kale), leaves stripped and without stems
  • 1 Romaine lettuce, stripped and in small pieces
  • 2 cups chicken, shredded
  • 1 red apple, without skin, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 1 cup quinoa, white, cooked
  • 4 tablespoons Hellmann's® real mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Knorr® Suiza chicken broth

  • Place the kale in a bowl and gently crush with your hands (to soften it a bit).
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix until perfectly combined.
  • Serve at room temperature.
